Manuscript Submission Process
To submit a manuscript, authors must follow the instructions given below:
Types of the manuscripts
Research Articles:
Original research in the lab environment or field experience requires documentation which follows set of procedure results in research articles. These could be of full length papers, although authors are encouraged to make it concise as possible. Authors present research findings through documents with quality content and original illustrations.
Review Articles:
Authors present their research on a particular topic by searching other articles which could say secondary literature search. Ideally, the author searches for the topic from various sources and summarize them into a particular topic. It is a kind of search over the particular topic irrespective of own experimental findings.
Methodology Articles:
Research is always inconsistent in nature. It has been updated by incorporating advances in existing methods, test or procedure. Articles based on such research are called methodology articles. The method described may either be completely new, or may offer a better version of existing method.
It links the method with demonstrable advance on what is currently available. Articles should be described such a research which have been used well tested method, but not necessarily, used in a way that proves its value
Short communications :
Short communication is an independent write up representing a significant research. It is not intended to publish preliminary results. The write up should not be more than 2500 words, and could include two figures or tables. It should have at least 8 references. Short communications are passed through peer review process.
Thesis Abstracts: (Free Publication (no APF))
Abstract is brief description of the research work and essential part of a thesis/dissertation report. It provides general information to readers about research work conducted. Cloud Journals invites graduate / post graduates / researchers to submit thesis/dissertation abstracts on topics within the scope of the journal. Abstract will be published upon confirmation of approval by thesis supervisor of students/researchers’ institute. Why should student/researcher publish the abstract of thesis? Because it familiarize their research work among relevant work community. It provides quick identification to their research and brings best opportunities to utilize their concept in productive manner by entrepreneurs.
Case Study/ Case Reports:
Individual units such as a person, a group, and an event when followed by the thorough analysis is referred either case study or case report. It follows similar procedures for both social sciences and life sciences either descriptive or explanatory manner.
In medicine, a case report is a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient. Case reports may contain a demographic profile of the patient, but usually describe an unusual or novel occurrence.
Research Reports:
In an organization, an analyst makes research upon specific topics, a currency, commodity or fixed income instrument or even on a geographic region or country and preparers a final document which is referred as research report. The research report published by Cloud Journals will be available free of cost on open access basis.
Manuscripts Organization:-
Title
The title should be research centric and short as possible. It should be 50 words maximum with Arial 14-point size.
Author (s) Name
First alphabet of names should be in capital letters with Arial 9-point size. If there is more than one author please mention reference numbers by 1, 2… superscript and put comma between the names.
The Address (es) and Affiliations of the Author(s):
Authors’ affiliations should be their home institutions at the time when their primary contribution to the research was made. If an author's current affiliation differs, the current affiliation may be listed in the Acknowledgements. Text size should be Italic Arial 9-point with reference numbers.
Correspondence Email Address:
The e-mail address should be given of the corresponding author with his/her name
Abstract
The abstract should be clearly written and readily comprehensible to the broad readership of the Journal. It should provide a concise summary of the objectives, methodology (including the species studied), key results, and major conclusions of the study. It should be written in complete sentences with Arial 10-point size without subheadings.
Keywords
Please provide 3 to 6 keywords (indexing terms). Keywords should be given in the alphabetical order and should not repeat the words in the title. Keywords should be typed in italic 10-point Arial.
Introduction
Length of Introduction should be around 500 words maximum which include citations. The Introduction should briefly indicate the objectives of the study and provide enough background information to clarify why the study was undertaken and what hypotheses were tested.
Materials and Methods
This is an important section of the manuscript which explains about the materials and methods being used to perform the research, thus this section should be brief but sufficient to allow other investigators to repeat the research. Reference should be made against published procedures wherever possible; this applies to the original description and pertinent published modifications. All companies should be listed from which materials were obtained. If materials were obtained from an individual, an affiliation for that individual should be listed. A manuscript that presents only a theory may omit the Materials and Methods section. None of the Materials and Methods may be placed in Supplemental Materials. It should be written with Arial 10-point size.
Results , Discussion and Conclusion:
This section discusses the original experimental findings which should present clear and concise. Only results essential to establish the main points of the work should be included. Numerical data should be analyzed using appropriate statistical tests. Discussion should be concise and include brief statements of the principal findings, the validity of the observations, the findings in light of other published work dealing with the same or closely related subjects, and a statement of the possible significance of the work. This should not be more than 1500 words including citations. Extensive discussion of the literature is discouraged.
References
References should be given at the end of the manuscript. Always use the full names of journals. Cite references in their present language, do not try to translate. The reference list should only include works that have been published or accepted for publication. Personal communications (or any unpublished work) should only be mentioned in the text. Tables
Arabic numerals should be used to number the tables in ascending order and font size of table data should be Arial 9-point. Tools of Table should be used to prepare the tables and avoid the use of spreadsheets. Tables must be placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. Table should be presented with a brief and self-explanatory title.
Title of tables should be given at the top of the table by making table no bold italic and title should be Arial 9 point size italic.
Figures
Figures should be numbered using Arabic numerals in the sequence they occur. For each figure, please supply a brief and self-explanatory legend. Figures have to be placed after conclusion and before references. Title of figures should be given at the bottom of the figure by making figure no bold italic and title should be Arial 9-point size italic.
Acceptable formats: .jpeg/ .png/ .tif format
Acknowledgments:
Acknowledgments should be used to identify all funding sources. Acknowledgements may also be used to note intellectual, technical or other assistance that does not warrant authorship. Individuals should be informed before the publication of any such acknowledgements and given the opportunity to decline the recognition. It can include presenting the gratitude towards your guide/team mates/at back end support. It should be written in Arial 9-point size and not more than 100 words.
How to submit a manuscript (paper/article )?
1. If you are a new user or need a username and password.
Home -> Select a journal of your interest -> go to Register -> fill the registration form as an Author -> New Submission -> Follow the submission steps -> Active Submission.
2. If you already have a user name and password.
Home -> Journals -> Select a journal of your interest -> Go to login -> Enter your user name and password -> New Submission -> Follow the submission steps -> Active Submission.
3. If you already have username/password and want to submit a manuscript in another journals.
Home -> Journals -> Select a journal of your interest -> Go to Register -> Click here if you are already registered with this or another journal on this site -> Enter your user name and password -> New Submission -> Follow the submission steps -> Active Submission.
Successful Submission
You will receive a confirmation of successful submission of your manuscript via e-mail.You can also track any time to check the status of your manuscript by logging in to our Tracking System. You will be notified by e-mail about the final decision.
Unsuccessful Submission
If you are not able to complete online manuscript submission process or facing any difficulty then Email your manuscript in word document file along with yours complete details at

Why?
Once Authors’ papers have been accepted for publication, then the accepted paper will be freely available to everyone through Cloud journals online platform. Cloud Journals Open Access Publication system allows one-time payment for this service so that the author, or their institution or funding bodies, pays a very nominal fee to cover costs associated with the publication process, from peer review of the submitted manuscript, through the copy-editing and typesetting (copy formatting), to online-hosting of the definitive version of the published article as well as office operating expenses. This processing fee will ensure the author about anyone else to view, search, download or archive for personal and non-commercial use. The only condition for this is that the author and original source are properly cited.
How Much?
Cloud Journals provides an open access journals and to manage various costs associated with the Journals management, for all accepted manuscripts we charge manuscript handling/processing fee. This will cover the charges for one manuscript in the Cloud Journals format.
Anyone can access all full text content published in Cloud Journals immediately and without any limit meaning by this Cloud journals does not have any income from selling online or print versions of its journals or from charging pay-per-view fees. Therefore, Cloud Journals needs to pay its handling, processing and production expenses by collecting manuscript processing fee from authors or institutes or research funding bodies.
In brief, Cloud Journals has a specific expense model which ultimately results in quality and rapid publication of manuscripts. We use best of the peer review process and provide quality production of online journals, also use print media and of online hosting and archiving which all bears the expense, therefore theses expenses are recovered through a publication process fee from the authors or research sponsors for each article they publish.
